Here is where I share “my workout routines” with you. These are some of my favorite targeted workouts that can be done anywhere. To access workouts, simply register for any level of membership (that’s right–that includes FREE), but you have to be a member to see the workouts. So register or login to membership account and then let’s get to working out!
To access the workouts from the menu, simply hover over the ‘ WORKOUTS’ menu and select the workout of your choice.
Oh, and be sure to visit this section often because I try to add new workouts weekly, when time permits. Also stay tuned for pictures and videos of the workouts coming soon!
