1. MyFP50 Tier I (VPT BASIC) just $350 for 3 Months (Online ONLY-Up to 1X per week)

The VPT Basic option gives you access to your very own secure, personalized Virtual Personal Training account (Trainerize) in addition to online personal training sessions.  

Here’s what you get with this tier of membership:

  • FREE consultations and fitness assessments
  • 4 30-Minute or 2 1-Hour Online Personal Training Sessions per month with me, your FP50 Trainer, via Skype or Facetime
  • Customized workouts for you to do on your own.
  • Sync your fitness apps to your account!

2. MyFP50 Tier II (VPT Plus) just $450 for 3 Months (Online ONLY 1-2X per week)

The VPT Plus option also gives you access to your very own secure, personalized Virtual Personal Training account (Trainerize), but you get more online training time.

With this tier, you get:

  • FREE consultations and fitness assessments
  • 8 30-Minute or 4 1-Hour Online Personal Training Sessions per month with me, your FP50 Trainer, via Skype or Facetime
  • Customized workouts for you to do on your own.
  • Sync your fitness apps to your account!

3. MyFP50 Tier III (VPT plus PT) just $550 for 3 Months (Online and In-Person Up to 3X per week)

AND for those wanting an In-Person training experience (and living near or having access to the training vicinity), without committing to buying specific packages, the VPT plus PT  subscription may be the one to consider. This one offers ALL the benefits of VPT Plus II membership, PLUS you get 4 1-Hour IN-PERSON Training Sessions per month.

4. MyFP50 Tier IV (VIP All-In-One) just $850 for 3 Months (Online and In-Person 3+ Xweek)

Last but not least, many of us have such hectic schedules that it’s hard to plan our workouts.  We know that we can commit but life dynamics may interfere at times, and we need the convenience and flexibility to switch between online and in person training sessions.  If you’re able to work out 12 or more times per month, online and/or in person, then the VPT VIP subscription plan is for you.  With this tier, you get the best of both worlds (online and in-person training) with the convenience of alternating based on your busy schedule.  This option is ideal for clients that know they can work out at 3X per week or more, whether online or in person. 

To recap, this is what you get with Tier IV membership:

  • FREE consultations and fitness assessments
  • 12 OR MORE Online Personal Training sessions via Skype or Facetime, and/or In-Person Personal Training Sessions per month with me, your FP50 Trainer
  • Customized workouts for you to do on your own.
  • Sync your fitness apps to your account!

5. MyFP50 Tier V Traveler’s MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (VIP All-In-One) just $350 PER MONTH (Online and In-Person 3+ X/week)

If you’re able to work out 12 or more times per month, online and/or in person, but want the added convenience of monthly billing to be more in control over your schedule, then the VPT Tier V VIP Monthly subscription plan is for you.  With this tier, you will be able to train online and in-person, but you don’t have to worry about having to cancel your subscription in the middle of your cycle due to travel disruptions.  That’s because it is a monthly recurring plan that you can stop when you need to.  Then if you want to sign up again when you return from traveling, you can do just that.  Or you can keep your subscription going while you travel, if you know that you will be able to get in your workouts. How convenient is that?

  • FREE consultations and fitness assessments
  • 12 OR MORE Online Personal Training sessions via Skype or Facetime, and/or In-Person Personal Training Sessions per month with me, your FP50 Trainer

  • NEW! MONTHLY BILLING

6. MyFP50 Tier VI Online MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION just $180 PER MONTH (Online  3+ X/week)

This is the same as the VIP Travelers, but for online training only.  So, if you’re able to work out 12 or more times per month, online, but want the added convenience of monthly billing to be more in control over your schedule, then the Tier VI Monthly subscription plan is for you.  With this tier, you will be able to train online, but you don’t have to worry about having to cancel your subscription in the middle of your cycle due to schedule changes.

To recap, this is what you get with Tier VI membership:

  • FREE consultations and fitness assessments
  • 12 OR MORE Online Personal Training sessions via Skype or Facetime, per month with me, your FP50 Trainer
  • Customized workouts for you to do on your own.
  • Sync your fitness apps to your account!
  • NEW! MONTHLY BILLING

 

Important Notes:

  1. Online and In-Person Training session times/days of each Session are as scheduled with your trainer.  You cannot carry over unused sessions from month to month.  Any sessions not used from one month to the next are automatically forfeited.
  2. By signing this membership agreement, member acknowledges and understands that Website Terms & Conditions apply. Member signature also indicates agreement to the terms of the “ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. All new InPerson clients/members must fill out separate pre-participation forms, including but not limited to the PAR-Q, Health History Questionnaire, Waiver and Release Form, etc
  3. Special promotions or discounts may be offered from time to time, which will be redeemable only by entering a special ‘discount code’ during the registration process. Note that promotions, discounts, offers and membership terms are non-transferrable. In other words, you cannot apply them towards any other packages or special promotions offered on this site or affiliated websites.
  4. Subscription renewal is optional and recurring, until cancelled.  Refer to Membership Registration page for details.
  5. Tiers I through VI members must sign a Membership Agreement, which stipulates all conditions of membership, as agreed to on date of purchase.

Not sure which one to choose?  Ask yourself these questions to decide:

      1. How many times per week am I able to commit to working out?
      2. Do I want to work out online only or both online and in-person?
      3. Do I need flexibility to switch sessions from Online to In-Person, and vice versa?
      4. Are packages a better option? (See sidebar or menu for packages available)
      5. What if I want to join as an ONLINE Member ONLY, but don’t have a Skype or Facetime account?  No problem! We can workout together via Video chat on Facebook Messenger, if you have a Facebook account.  Here’s a link with information on how you can Video Chat on Facebook !
