I’m excited to say that I’ve been able to make a complete lifestyle change because of my personal training sessions with Beverly. In a few short months, I have reached my personal weight goal, losing 20 lbs! Just to be clear, though, I’ve developed a lot of muscle mass and definition. Bev is super conscientious of form and limitations. Her good energy and knowledge of nutrition and training rubbed off on me! Now, my whole day revolves around when i can do my workout. No more excuses 🙂 Thanks Beverly
